“The Dec­la­ra­tion of the Peo­ple of the United States of America”

Due to the course of human events it has now become nec­es­sary for us, the peo­ple of the United States of Amer­ica, to dis­solve the polit­i­cal bands which have con­nected us with the many long term career politi­cians  that cur­rently exist within our gov­ern­ment. It is our intent to remove such indi­vid­u­als and to replace them with “Cit­i­zen Leg­is­la­tors” that shall be restricted by Term Lim­its placed on their length of term for ser­vice. We believe out of a decent respect to the opin­ions of mankind, that it is required of us that we declare the causes which impel us to this separation.

• They have abused the pow­ers that have been entrusted unto them and they have cor­rupted the very foun­da­tion of our Government
• They have placed their own per­sonal ambi­tions and desires above the inter­ests of the peo­ple that they were elected to serve and to represent
• They have manip­u­lated and mis­used the laws, reg­u­la­tions, and tax codes of this nation for their own per­sonal and polit­i­cal gains
• They have pro­vided polit­i­cal favors and ben­e­fi­cial leg­is­la­tion for indi­vid­u­als, cor­po­ra­tions, orga­ni­za­tions and spe­cial inter­est groups with the expec­ta­tions of receiv­ing finan­cial sup­port or other unde­served rewards for them­selves, their friends and their polit­i­cal par­ties in return
• Their use and over­sight of tax­payer monies has been reck­less, waste­ful, self-serving and could eas­ily be con­strued as decep­tive, fraud­u­lent or pos­si­bly embezzlement
• They have dis­played a level of fis­cal irre­spon­si­bil­ity that is incom­pre­hen­si­ble and have shown a dis­turb­ing lack of regard for the future finan­cial secu­rity of this Coun­try and of its People
• They have placed an unbear­able finan­cial indebt­ed­ness upon the future gen­er­a­tions of this nation that is unjus­ti­fied and they have done so with­out the con­sent of the People
• They have attempted to hide their actions and deeds such as bribery style pol­i­tics, arm-twisting per­sua­sions and other unscrupu­lous coer­cions from the view of the Peo­ple of this great Nation with their use of back room pol­i­tics and closed door meetings
• They have striven to gain finan­cial wealth and addi­tional polit­i­cal pow­ers with the use of these unac­cept­able prac­tices and behav­iors for them­selves, their friends and their polit­i­cal par­ties and to seize greater author­ity for the fed­eral gov­ern­ment by remov­ing it from Peo­ple and the indi­vid­ual States in which they live
• This expan­sion of the size and scope of our fed­eral gov­ern­ment appears to be in direct con­flict with our found­ing doc­u­ments and attempts to remove indi­vid­ual lib­er­ties and free­doms from the Peo­ple thus pro­vid­ing the fed­eral gov­ern­ment with much greater unau­tho­rized con­trol over its People
• These actions bring into ques­tion the Con­sti­tu­tion­al­ity and legal­ity of such mat­ters as well as the legal­i­ties of the indi­vid­ual acts them­selves; It appears that they have a total dis­re­gard for the Con­sti­tu­tion, its mean­ing and the intent of our found­ing fathers; Some have been so bold as to have made pub­lic state­ments that con­firm these accu­sa­tions; As a result, ques­tions of their true loy­alty and intent now arise
• They have ignored their pri­mary fed­eral respon­si­bil­i­ties to secure our bor­ders and enforce the exist­ing immi­gra­tion laws at a time in which our ene­mies wish to enter our coun­try and do us harm
• They have weak­ened our national secu­rity with the unjus­ti­fied and unbe­com­ing crit­i­cism and per­se­cu­tion of our intel­li­gence agen­cies, our mil­i­tary forces and its lead­ers as they dili­gently carry out their duties to pro­tect and to serve the Peo­ple of this great Nation dur­ing a time of war
• It has become appar­ent that there are those in our gov­ern­ment that are attempt­ing to aid and to give com­fort to our ene­mies while we are still at war; It is their intent to treat these ene­mies in an unprece­dented pref­er­en­tial man­ner that is unfit­ting and unwar­ranted; They wish to afford them with priv­i­leges that are reserved for United States cit­i­zens instead of main­tain­ing the tra­di­tional mil­i­tary pro­ce­dures that are available
• They have shown ques­tion­able behav­ior by their will­ing­ness to expose mil­i­tary intel­li­gence infor­ma­tion that could assist our ene­mies in their efforts to harm Amer­ica dur­ing this time of war
• They have uti­lized the media out­lets of our nation to over­whelm the peo­ple with biased, mis­lead­ing, and false infor­ma­tion; It has become appar­ent that this strat­egy is an attempt to per­suade pub­lic opin­ion to sup­port their unpop­u­lar social agen­das by lim­it­ing and cen­sor­ing the infor­ma­tion avail­able that the pub­lic would need in order to make informed deci­sions on these matters
• Thus, after a care­ful con­sid­er­a­tion of these facts as set forth, we now decide that it has been proven beyond a rea­son­able doubt that they lack good judg­ment and do not pos­sess the moral and eth­i­cal val­ues that we require of our gov­ern­ment offi­cials; They have shown to be a dis­grace to our Nation and do not deserve the polit­i­cal stature that the Peo­ple have awarded to them; Thus, We the Peo­ple deem that swift and pre­cise actions are now nec­es­sary and that they shall be con­ducted in a timely and well orga­nized manner

We, there­fore, the Peo­ple of the United States of Amer­ica, will now take it upon our­selves to dis­solve our­selves of our lead­er­ship and to remove the cor­rup­tion that exists within our gov­ern­ment. From this day for­ward, we shall impose a ONE TERM LIMIT upon all of our elected offi­cials. This shall be accom­plished by our refusal to re-elect ANY sit­ting incum­bent that seeks an addi­tional term in office. There shall be no more career politi­cians. We shall replace them with new and more desir­able ONE TERM cit­i­zen leg­is­la­tors that truly rep­re­sent the will of the peo­ple. They shall pos­sess the morals and ethics that we require of our elected offi­cials. Should it become evi­dent that an elected offi­cial no longer rep­re­sents the will of the Peo­ple or does not pos­sess the morals and ethics that is accept­able by the Peo­ple, their term in office shall be ter­mi­nated by any and all legal means avail­able, and a replace­ment shall be seated.

As evi­denced in The Dec­la­ra­tion of Inde­pen­dence, it is with the guid­ance and approval of our found­ing fathers that we shall begin to cast out the cor­rup­tion that has taken hold over the gov­ern­ment of our beloved coun­try. Remem­ber what they told us in the Dec­la­ra­tion of Independence.

“Gov­ern­ments are insti­tuted among Men, deriv­ing their just pow­ers from the con­sent of the gov­erned, — That when­ever any Form of Gov­ern­ment becomes destruc­tive of these ends, it is the Right of the Peo­ple to alter or to abol­ish it, and to insti­tute new Gov­ern­ment”. — “it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Gov­ern­ment, and to pro­vide new guards for their future security.”
