Have you ever complained about how our government is running this country? If you are like most Americans, it is something that you do on a regular basis. We complain over an over again, but we fail to do anything about it. Term Limits will change that. With all the reckless government spending and endless corruption that continues year after year, it is time that we as Americans, stand up and take our country back. We must now follow the instructions that were given to us by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence;
“Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government”. — “it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new guards for their future security.”
So, what does this mean to us today? Our founding fathers were telling us that when our government becomes corrupt, non representative, and is no longer doing the will of its people, it is not only our right; it is OUR DUTY to remove this government and to replace it with a government that will better serve it’s people. Along with these instructions, they also gave us the tool to do exactly that.
This tool that they gave us is the Right to Vote!
Our politicians and elected officials have done as they pleased for many years with no fear of repercussion by the American people. With no Term Limits being placed upon them they act and behave as if they are above the laws of this land. Instead of doing the will of the people, they have acted to further their personal goals, the goals of their supporters, and the goals of their friends, family, and colleagues. They recklessly spend our tax dollars to benefit those individuals, businesses and organizations which support their election campaigns and political agendas by providing them favorable legislation behind closed doors. As a result of this legislation that they enact on the behalf of others, they in turn receive unjust rewards for themselves, their friends, and their families and have become very wealthy at the expense of the American taxpayer.

By us allowing for our politicians to remain in office for so many years, we have also allowed for a breeding ground of corruption. From Washington, to our cities, small towns and the communities in which we live, this cancer that we have ignored for far too long is destroying our country. It is now time for all Americans to unite and to use our right to vote as our founding fathers had intended for us to do. We were given this right so that we may prevent our governing bodies from once again acquiring a tyrannical control over the People of this great nation. Remember, our government was given it’s authority by the People; but it was not given this authority without limitations. Unlike the government that we see in our nation today it was created with certain limited responsibilities and authority. It was not intended to have complete authority over the lives of the People of the United States of America. The laws governing over the people was reserved for the States in which one lived and not for the federal government.
Whatever happened to us?
We could spend days, weeks, months and even years trying to figure out how this has happened to us and who is to blame for our troubles. There is plenty of blame to go around but this is a waste of time and energy and it will not change our country for the better. What we need to do is to decide what we as Americans can do about it right now!
We must enforce Term Limits!
— and we must do so Now!
Term Limits has the ability to be the most effective tool that we have to remove the corruption in our government quickly and easily. We cannot and must not wait for legislators to enact legislation that would mandate such Term Limits upon themselves. It is our duty as Americans to do this ourselves! So, with this in mind, remember this quote from Thomas Jefferson;
We shall protect our god given liberties and put the fear of the “People” back into our government by enforcing a One Term Limit upon on all of our elected officials across our great nation. From this day forward, let us not re-elect any politician, representative, official, or leader to serve another term in office. This action on the part of the people shall reshape the political landscape in America for many years to come. It will steadily remove the existing corruption that disgraces America today, and it will send a strong message to others that the People of the United States of America will tolerate this behavior no longer.

It is time for America to stand up and Take our Country back! — Come ― Join us today! — Please read and sign “The Declaration of the People of the United States of America” and then begin to help Take America Back by “printing 10 copies” of the “Declaration” and passing them out to your friends, relatives and acquaintances. Inform them of our efforts to enforce Term Limits upon our elected officials and encourage them to help us make this goal a reality! Time is short. Elections will be here again before we know it, so help us spread the word!
